Money moves before trust does

This is not built yet. It is a page to find out whether anybody would use it, which is a cheaper question to ask than a build is to write.

The idea: money is paid in and held, the work is checked on the ground by somebody named, and only then is it released. If the job went wrong, the money never left.

Only three kinds of job

• Land and the notary. A plot sold twice, or papers that never arrive.
• Building work. Money goes every month; the roof does not.
• Clearing at the port. Fees paid, container still sitting at Douala.

Not plumbers. A recommendation is enough there, and anything more would cost more than it saves.
